Paul Achioso Foundation (PAF) is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization headquartered in Imo State, Nigeria, with a growing impact across Africa. Founded with the conviction that every life deserves opportunity and dignity, we work to bridge the gap between potential and reality in underserved communities.
We are changemakers, community builders, teachers, health workers, tree planters, and vision carriers. But above all, we are a movement of hope, dedicated to healing broken systems and empowering people to rise — not just survive.
We operate where the needs are greatest and resources are fewest, offering transformational programs in entrepreneurship, health, education, social welfare, and environmental sustainability.
Born from grassroots outreach efforts in Imo State, Paul Achioso Foundation has grown into a catalyst for transformation in several Nigerian states and aims to scale across West Africa. Our founder’s passion to uplift people from poverty, illiteracy, and neglect has ignited a movement that blends humanitarian compassion with sustainable development strategy.

Paul Achioso is a passionate humanitarian and visionary leader with deep roots in community service. With years of personal experience working among the underserved, he founded the organization to create a structured, sustainable platform for change that could scale far beyond what one person could do alone.
His approach to philanthropy is not about handouts, but capacity building and dignity restoration.
We provide microgrants, tools, and mentorship for young Africans to build sustainable businesses.
Our skills acquisition programs cover fashion, digital marketing, agriculture, tech, and trades — especially for unemployed youth and rural women.
Our health missions provide free medical services, distribute medication, and support families in need — especially the elderly and disabled.
Through our Balanced Literacy Projects and preschool programs, we help children develop reading and writing skills — the foundation for lifelong success.
